The microalgae culture was utilized for testing with a phenol compound with several concentrations, i.e., 10, 30, 50, 75, and 100 mg/L. To measure the degradation of concentration of the phenolic compound concentration in each bioreactor, the UV-VIS spectrometer is used. Consequently, NH4+-N, biomass residue, and flocculation efficiency were measured by means of titrimetric method and UV-VIS spectroscopy. These testing was conducted within 0 hour to 192 hours corresponding to eight days.</p>}, number={2}, journal={Caribbean Journal of Sciences and Technology }, author={LIM, JUN WEI and RAWINDRAN, HEMAMALINI and PASUPULETI, VISWESWARA RAO and HONG, LEONG WAI and DINSHAW, IGNATIUS JULIAN}, year={2022}, month={Dec.}, pages={24–30} }
